We do not charge for any consultations made by clients.

Charges for services to be provided by us are defined in the project quotation. All services require a deposit of a minimum of twenty five percent (25%) of the quotation total. Depending upon the terms laid out in the quotation, the remaining seventy five percent (75%) of the quotation total will either be due upon completion of the work or by staged payments. Until the account is paid in full, the work carried out by Cuff Links Web Design on behalf of the client will remain the property of Cuff Links Web Design. Any Additional work outside the agreed specifications will be billed separately and will be regarded as new project. All payments to Cuff Links Design shall be made in sterling. Payment methods for services accepted: Cheque, Paypal or Direct Bank Payment.

Cuff Links Web Design will provide you with an opportunity to review the appearance and content of the website during the design period and on completion. On completion of the project, the website will be deemed to be accepted and approved unless you notify us otherwise within seven days of the date we advise you that final version of the website is made available to you for approval.

Unless otherwise specified in the project quotation, any text copy will be provided by you in suitable electronic format suitable for reading with PC's, by email, floppy disk or CD, and all photographs and other graphics will be provided physically in high quality print suitable for scanning or electronically in gif, jpeg, psd, eps or tiff format. Although we will make every reasonable attempt to return to you any images or printed material provided, this cannot be guaranteed.

Cuff Links Web Design own the rights to all editorial content, graphics and other material used on the clients web sites. Reproduction of such material, in whole or in part, or in any form or medium, any online re-use of the materials, without the prior written permission of Cuff Links Web Design is prohibited. The materials from the sites are only available for informational and non-commercial offline use, provided that the materials are not modified in any way and all copyright and any proprietary notices and markings are retained and reproduced in their entirety on any copy made from any material on the site.

A link to the Cuff Links Web Design website http://www.cufflinksdesign.co.uk with the wording "Designed by Cuff Links" will appear in either small type and/or by a small graphic at the bottom of each page of your website.

If your website is to be installed on a third-party server, we must be granted such temporary read/write access to the site’s storage directories as is necessary to enable the website to be installed via FTP.

We cannot accept responsibility for any alterations carried out to your website by you or any third party following publication to the site’s web space.

Cuff Links Web Design undertakes not to disclose to any third party any confidential data, information or trade secrets supplied by the client during or after the completion of this contract.

Where a link to another web site exists, Cuff Links Web Design does not accept responsibility for the content or products offered on this site.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms. This does not affect your statutory rights.

This Agreement shall be governed by English Law.

We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.
